Determinar el precio de un producto
This is all done in the "Prices" tab on the left. The pricing section can be quite intimidating, with fields influencing each other and taxes to take into account – but it is in fact quite simple.

La sección Precio puede ser intimidante y desalentadora al principio, con campos que se influyen entre ellos mutuamente, y con los impuestos fiscales que hay que tenerlos en cuenta – pero no se preocupe porque es bastante más fácil de lo que parece.
Establezca el precio que aparecerá en su tienda siguiendo las siguientes instrucciones:
- Precio mayorista sin IVA. Esto le permite saber al instante el precio como mayorista (precio de fábrica), y por tanto poder compararlo con el precio de venta para calcular fácilmente su margen de beneficio.
- Precio al por menor sin IVA (Precio de venta sin IVA). El precio de venta sin IVA.
- Regla de impuestos. El impuesto aplicable al producto. Elija entre las diferentes tasas disponibles.
Si necesita crear una nueva tasa de impuestos, haga clic en el botón "Crear un nuevo impuesto". La creación de tasas se realiza en el menú "Localización", página "Reglas de impuestos"; esto se explicará con detalle en el cápitulo "Entendiendo la configuración local" de esta guía. - Ecotasas (IVA incluido). El valor de la ecotasa para este producto. Este valor ya está incluido en el precio de venta. Debe declarar el impuesto a la agencia tributaria de su país.
Tenga en cuenta que este campo no se muestra por defecto. Si usted tiene que incluir una ecotasa, primero debe activarlo: diríjase al menú "Localización", página "Impuestos", sección "Opciones de impuestos" (en la parte inferior de la página), y elija "Sí" para la opción "Utilizar ecotasa". - Precio de venta con IVA. Muestra el precio del producto con impuestos incluidos. Puede editar el valor, y automáticamente se actualizará el campo "Precio de venta sin IVA ", según la regla tributaria que haya elegido.
- Precio unitario. Esto le permite cumplir con las normativas locales que requieren que los productos se muestran con su precio unitario.
Por ejemplo, si usted está vendiendo un paquete de 6 latas de refresco, entonces debe rellenar este campo con el precio, por lata, e indicar "lata" en el segundo campo de texto. La descripción de la misma línea será actualizada en consecuencia. - Mostrar un logo y el texto "en rebajas" en la página del producto y en el catálogo de productos. Marque esta casilla para mostrar que su producto está en rebajas, tanto en la página del producto como en el catálogo de productos. Un logo que reza "En rebajas" aparecerá bajo su producto. Puede modificar este logo sustituyendo el siguiente archivo:

At this point, you are done with the essential information for a basic product page. You can save it and have it immediately available for sale on your shop!
But keep reading, as there are many more details you can add to your product to make it more attractive to customers.
Specific prices: Managing Quantity Discounts
You can changes the total price of the product depending on the quantity of products your customer buys, the user group, the country, etc. This is done with the "Specific prices" section of the "Prices" tab. Click on the "Add a new specific price" button to reveal the creation form.
This is a very easy way to create a discount price for this product (and all its combinations).

Precios específicos: Gestionar descuentos por cantidades

- For. This enables you to be very specific about the various groups to which this price applies, including currencies, countries and even your customer groups (which we'll discuss in a later chapter).
- Customer. You can choose to be even more specific and directly set at who the discount you are creating is targeted. Start typing the first letters of the clients' first name or last name, and select the ones you want.
- Combination. You can choose to have this specific price apply to all of the product's combinations, or only one. If you wish to apply to more than one combination but not all of them, you will have to create a specific price for each combination.
- Available from/to. Here you can define a range of dates between which the discount price is active. Clicking each selector will open a calendar, simplifying the process.
- Starting at [] unit. Contains the value from which the discount should be applied. Default is "1", which means any quantity.
- Product price (tax excl.). This is where you can set an arbitrary price, independent of calculations and regular prices. Keep this field at "0" to use the default price.
Leave base price. Check this box to reset the "Product price" field and prevent yourself from editing it. - Apply a discount of. The discount that will be applied once the client has chosen a quantity of product. Use the selector to set the type of discount (either a specific amount in the default currency, or a percentage of the default price).
